I have 15+ years of experience as a professional photographer in the Portland metro area. My real estate photographs are achieved through a combination of techniques including HDR, ambient and flash lighting, and post production compositing. A typical real estate photoshoot takes 1–3 hours and about 3–5 hours of post processing. The first 50 miles of roundtrip travel in the Portland metro area (from Vancouver, WA) are free. Turnaround time is 24-48 hrs
PRICING PER SQUARE FOOTAGE (sq ft):
Under 1,000 sq ft = $165
1,001 – 2,000 sq ft = $220
2,001 – 3,000 sq ft = $275
3,001 – 4,000 sq ft = $330
4,001 – 5,000 sq ft = $385
5,000+ sq ft = Custom Quote
ADDITIONAL PRICES:
All condominiums requiring photos of shared living spaces: $50
Travel past 30 mile roundtrip (from Vancouver, WA): $2.50/mile
Rush order (12 hour turnaround or less): $85
Return to property for additional photos (excludes bad weather): $85
Twilight exterior: $100
Object removal: $30/hour
Additional sky replacement, grass greening, and/or TV or fireplace replacement: $30/hour
IN CASE OF RAIN:
If bad weather prevents us from shooting the exteriors on the day of the shoot, the interiors will still be shot as normal. Exteriors can be done later for a $30 charge.
COVID 19 POLICY:
I am fully vaccinated, follow the CDC guidelines, and will wear a mask when required.

These exterior photos exemplify my service of sky replacement. The images were shot during wildfire season on a particularly hazy day, so replacing the sky did wonders in increasing the appeal of the house.
